1/3 cup Z-Trim
1 stick(8 oz.) cream cheese - minus 1/3 cup
4 green onions - chopped
1 cup mushrooms - sliced
1/2 red pepper - chopped (or any vegetable you like)
8 oz. package Pillsbury crescent original
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 envelope dry ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread out crescent dough onto 9x13 baking pan, bake around 10-14 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Let cool.
- Take 1/3 cup off of the cream cheese, put aside to use elsewhere.
- Whip Z-Trim and cream cheese, add dry ranch seasoning.Whip another minute.
- Spread evenly over cooled dough/crust.
- Add vegetables then sprinkle with cheese.
- Cut into squares. Serve cold.
