Z-TrimTM Fudge
– 8 oz. cream cheese minus 1/3 cup, put 1/3 cup aside to use in another recipe.
– 1/3 cup Z-Trim
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 4 cup powdered sugar
– 4 (1 oz. each) squares bakers chocolate

  1. Take 1/3 cup of cream cheese away from the 8 oz. stick. This is extra, we do not use it in this recipe.
  2. Whip the Z-Trim and the cream cheese together with whisk or folk until well blended.
  3. Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time to the cream cheese/Z-Trim mixture, while whipping at low speed.
  4. Add vanilla, whip for 1 minute at medium speed.
  5. Melt chocolate squares and add to mixture whipping until well blended.
  6. Put into 8 inch square dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Cut into squares, serve cold.
