        MUNDELEIN, Ill., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Z Trim Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ZTHO), manufacturer of multifunctional dietary fiber ingredients for the food industry, today announced it will present a taco bar in the Healthy Foods Pavilion at booth #3454 of the Institute of Food Technology's (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo, July 18-20 in Chicago.


        "By incorporating our corn fiber ingredient into the individual food applications making up a taco, we will demonstrate its broad functionality across a range of performance and nutrition benefits," said Lynda Carroll, Director of Applications for Z Trim Holdings, Inc.
