Z Trim gel�s smooth texture and unique food formulation properties enable it to blend easily into most formulations as a functional emulsion or supplement, giving it a virtually endless amount of uses. It can replace portions of added fats such as oils, butters, margarines, egg and some dairy fats. As such, Z Trim essentially reduces or eliminates trans and saturated fats by replacing them, economically, with fiber, all without reducing taste.

Z Trim can also replace or blend with certain gums for texture enhancement.

Z Trim is available in both gel and powder form. The powder must be reconstituted to gel state via high speed shearing for best results.

Use Z Trim gel as an emulsifier, fat replacement, texture enhancer or extender in:
