Z-TrimTM Potato Salad
– 4 large Russet potatoes(peeled if preferred)
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup Z-Trim
– 1 teaspoon dry mustard
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning salt
– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
– 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
– 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
– 3 hard boiled eggs - chopped (optional)
– pepper to taste

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into cubes and boil until soft.
  2. Rinse potatoes in cold water until cooled down.
  3. Whip Z-Trim and mayonnaise together with whisk or fork until well blended.
  4. Add seasonings to Z-Trim/mayo and whip for 1 minute.
  5. When potatoes are cooled off, put in bowl and pour mayonnaise/Z-Trim combo over them.
  6. Stir carefully so not to break up potatoes.
  7. Serve cold
