4 large Russet potatoes(peeled if preferred)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Z-Trim
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
3 hard boiled eggs - chopped (optional)
pepper to taste
- Wash and cut potatoes into cubes and boil until soft.
- Rinse potatoes in cold water until cooled down.
- Whip Z-Trim and mayonnaise together with whisk or fork until well blended.
- Add seasonings to Z-Trim/mayo and whip for 1 minute.
- When potatoes are cooled off, put in bowl and pour mayonnaise/Z-Trim combo over them.
- Stir carefully so not to break up potatoes.
- Serve cold
