Z-Trim Holdings, Inc. is committed to discovering and developing new ingredients that will add value to food processors’ products and benefit their consumers. We currently have a proprietary ingredient that is undergoing process development and application evaluation, and expect that this ingredient will be another powerful tool, on its own and when blended with our existing Z-Trim® ingredients, for our customers to create innovative products that will delight their consumers.
